The venue is located in Liuwang Town, northwest of Huangdao District, Qingdao. It is about 35 kilometers away from Huangdao District and about 60 kilometers away from the downtown. There are two transit roads (S398 and S329) around the project base, making it have good location advantages. With a total planning land-use area of about 30 hectares, the plan is aimed at creating the most dynamic sports and cultural center in Qingdao through fully combining the music, vehicle and village themes on the basis of the overall planning of the regional idyllic complex integrating farming and camping experience, recycling agriculture, leisure tourism, rural residence, romantic weddings and other ancillary services.

The plan builds a functional structure of “one core, one ring and multiple zones”, of which “one core” is the base operation center, “one ring” is the ring road that connects the whole park, and “multiple zones” are the theme activity venues, including public activity zone, entertainment experience zone, parent-child activity zone, multifunctional zone, automobile development zone, extreme sports zone and holiday recreation area, etc.. This zone will become an important service node for cultural activities in Qingdao.
