The project is located in the northern group of Wanzhuang New Town and adjacent to Daxing District, Beijing. It is about 18 kilometers away from Beijing’s second airport economic zone under construction and 7 km away from the exit of Beijing-Shanghai highway. It is located within the Beijing’s Seventh Ring, adjacent to the Jingtai Expressway in the west and close to Mizhuo Highway in the east, with a total area of 4.4 square kilometers.

       The plan proposes to build a colorful landscape belt to echo the 10,000-acre pear garden; create a health courtyard group with oriental town styles; form a greenway sponge network through introduction of a natural ecological circle; lay out a wellness complex featuring the three kinds of good life and four planning concepts; and create a healthy ecological town with experience characteristics, cultural connotation and industrial extension based on world-class airport passenger flow resources and world-class urban consumption demands.

      The plan creates a space structure of "one axis, one belt, two centers and three districts", of which one axis refers to the business axis; one belt refers to the colorful leisure belt; two centers refer to the integrated service center and industrial service core; and three districts refer to the business district, health industrial area and residential area.
