The total land area around Huaxiang Station of Beijing Subway Line 9 is about 1.1 square kilometers. It can be seen from the overall planning of Beijing that the center of Fengtai Group in the future mainly includes two parts - Huaxiang regional center at the South of Station and business center of hub region of Fengtai Railway Station,hence, Huaxiang station not only becomes the "South Center of Fengtai Railway Station", but the regional service center of Fengtai Group, important public service center along line 9 and an important part of comprehensive service center of Fengtai Group in the future.
