Project location: Huaxiang Guogongzhuang in Fengtai District, Beijing City

      Project scale: the area for construction is 23.3ha.

     “Building free houses on moving railways”. The pattern of “two point form a line” is adopted for the plan: with “TOD development mode”, the subway station and developed land are jointed seamlessly by virtue of the transferring advantage of Fangshan Subway and the ninth subway in order to ensure that speed, convenience and smoothness of all going out lines and arrival lines. By starting with building image and project orientation, house buildings are designed to be bold and simple, and public buildings are designed with modern design method to create the atmosphere of local core service zone. As a special land developed together with the subway rolling stock depot as a whole, site conditions are given into full play and the relations between the land and the city space is further understood for environmental scenic design.
