Project scale: the covered area in the plan is 899 ha.

     Airport industry belt concept city of Yunlong Demonstration Zone in Zhuzhou is planned to be in north of Yunlong Demonstration Zone, Zhuzhou City. Changzhu Expressway is in the east of this are, Shangrui Expressway is in the south, Changlong Road and Jizuishan Reservoir (boundary) are in the west, and Yunfeng Road is in the north. This area covers a total area of 899 ha. For the plan, the design strategy of making the best use of circumstances, following law of natures, organic decentralization and group layout is adopted to keep the basic pattern of mountains, water, forests and fields, and the group-type decentralization layout is adopted, for the purpose of creating an elegant rural pattern area that is of traditional Chinese landscape painting style.
