Project location: Yantai City, Shandong Province

Project scale: the covered area in the plan is 38.91 ha.

     Tengfei Road is the trunk road in west-east direction of Yantai, and it divided the planned area into two, the one is in the north and the other is in the south. The north one is mainly used for developing intelligent innovate industry, and the south one is mainly for displaying intelligent life. Along the both sides of Tengfei Road, intelligent business supporting areas are planned to be the transition areas between the industry developing area and the life area. This area is meticulously designed to achieve the new urban development mode of intelligent technologies, intelligent industries, intelligent humanity, intelligent services, intelligent management, intelligent life, etc.
