The planned land is located in Huambo city of Angola, Africa, the present situation is the east side is a river and the northwest side is a cemetery. Its land is relatively flat and mainly grassland suitable for building.

     In the planning, the green space in community and the public service central of community is placed in the community middle so as to ensure the convenience of residents. The park located in community centers can also provide satisfactory communication location for residents. Taking the passing and parking of vehicles outside the planning area can solve the internal separation of persons and vehicles in community and ensure the safety and comfortability of community residents.

     The project is located in northwest of Zhangjiagang City and between the Zhangjiagang operating channel and the main channel of Yangtze River, the island area (including beaches) of about 20 square kilometers.

     The project of Shuangshan International Commercial Tourism Island (China Arab Friendship City) is based on the Shuangshan Island, take the China-Arab friendship as foundation stone, regard the bonded policy of Zhangjiagang as support to form the comprehensive island integrated with the functions of global financial business, the world's leisure travel, international cultural and habitation.
