The project is located at the central site of Xiazhuang Street, Chengyang district, it is close to the Baisha River and is the location of Xiazhuang Street Commercial and Cultural Center. The planned land is 167.74 hectares.

     Featured with the Longshan culture and  "water rescue" culture, we will decorate the culture and leisure venues in the green surface to form the "garden style" culture and leisure axis through arranging the area functions and water system, at the same time, we will create the beautiful, diverse and vigorous central commercial area and construct together the five function areas, such as the cultural ecological recreation area, the central commercial service area, the "water rescue" topic park area, the Longshan culture topic park area and the ecological residential community.
