Tienanpian district of Donghai County is located in the east part of this county and at the south side of Longhai Railway, it starts eastwards from Fengquan Highway, ended eastwards to the central Caopu Road and connected southwards to the Xulian highway, thus, the traffic condition of it is very convenient, the total land is about 65 square kilometer.

     The planning structure of Tienanpian is "three areas and two groups ", namely: the east industry area, which is mainly the high-tech silicon industry and will undertake the industry from east development area of Donghai County; the west agriculture tourism area, which is based on the existing agricultural resources to develop featured agricultural tourism and adequate and systematic services and will connected with tourism of the Donghai County; the central core area, which will emphatically develop the logistics industry, convention and exhibition industry, science and education industries, corporate economy and other emerging industries. The two centralized residential groups, namely: high level leisure residential group and residential housing demonstration group.
