Integrated Layout and Planning for Public Facilities of Yongqing County is a specialized planning conducted based on the newly approved Urban-Rural Master Plan of Yongqing County (2013-2030). Based on the master plan, this planning persists in the principles of integrity, reasonability and operability, aims to build a networking public central system of multiple centers and layers, applies population prediction methods, regression analysis method and comparative study on multiple standards in relevant cities in China against different facilities, and mainly studies educational and scientific research facilities, medical treatment and public health facilities, cultural facilities, sports facilities, social welfare facilities, administrative office facilities and business service facilities. Through the planning of public facilities, the county aims to overall coordinate the development of social economy and urban-rural areas, implement and transform the government functions, give play to the guiding function of public investment and thus achieve the three promotions: the promotion of the adjustment of urban functions and space structure, the promotion of the comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development of the economy, society and people as well as the promotion of the construction of harmonious society and livable city.
