Sanli River is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province and divided into the north, central and and south area by Jianshe Road and Zhongzhou Road. The north area mainly includes agriculture and forestry, villages and storage plants, the central area mainly includes residential and business lands and the south area mainly includes multi-storey residential and public service facilities. The total land area is about 4.26 square kilometers and the river length is about 8.68 km. Sanli River adopts Sanli River Nanyang Wisdom Sage Zhu Geliang as the theme figure, “three Nanyang features” as the theme culture and “Wisdom River” as the theme orientation. It integrates Zhu Geliang’s life story into landscapes to form five areas, i.e. Xiushuiyulin, Chunyiluan, Shangyimatou, Wolongshuiyuan and Luohuihepan, sets up a plurality of landscape nodes and show Nanyang’s three features “jade sculpture”, “pyrograph” and “silk rug” through sculptures, paving, forming shapes with green plants, etc. to build a wisdom river with strong business climate.
