This project is established to build riverside landscape belt based on landscape resources along the river and construct modern tourist service facilities that feature profound historical and cultural deposits and can meet the requirements of modern leisure, tourism, fitness and reception etc. so as to promote the transformation of surrounding areas and achieve the unity of environmental effect, economic benefit and social benefit. After being finished, the “comprehensive park” would be an open park for residents’ leisure, fitness and conference reception integrated with youth & children’s center, senior citizens’ center and reception center.
