Vibrant,rich,colorful and thriving is the main character of the Park,so it is required to have a design novel,original with both modern and traditional expression.

     Water rage and grass slopes are the key factor in the park,all of which create a king of natural,primitive environment more or less.And,the slop altitude difference is wonderful view which makes a very fine line amongst dots,lines and sections.The water range,green block,and other public area decorated with small bridges,wood and green grass,and across alternative,form the primary elements for the park.

     A series of scenic spots may be divided into generally five themes to express the richness of the park,including mobile view,fountain square,art plaza,special style platform and cross slope,each of which has different symbolic significance,and is the richest.
