As the most important urban road of east high-tech zone of Shijiazhuang, East Huai’an Road represents the spirit of high-tech zone. It can be observed from the relation between overall land use layout and the East Huai’an Road that this road passes through the residential area, commercial and cultural center, high-tech industrial park and urban ecological park. The design follows the following two principles:

     Tight combination of landscape design and zonal function: road landscape design is closely related with urban function and shall reflect the urban function of relevant section of city; standard sections reflecting various zonal characteristics are designed respectively for residential area, commercial area and high-tech industrial park etc.

     Tight combination of landscape design and zonal spirit: in view of the importance of East Huai’an Road, it is built into a landmark road that reflects the spirit of high-tech zone of Shijiazhuang based on the urban landscapes along the road; road landscape nodes are built with profound cultural connotation.
