The project is located at the vigorous core of New Longjiang Town, Luohe, with a total area of about 1,100 mu. It is the key starting project for construction of the new town in Luohe. Moreover, there is the ancient Longshan Cultural town on the parcel, making it have great archaeological significance.

The project builds a unique local cultural card through utilizing the characteristics of the ancient Longshan Cultural town, presents it to the public and provides on-site physical experience. The “Jade Necklace" is designed for the new town and the wetland ecological science promotion base and education center are set to publicize the importance of the wetlands to the public, and promote the development of tourism in Luohe City while improving the benefits of the Longjiang Eco-town project.
