Li River is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, from Baihe Street in the north to G312 in the south, with a total land area of about 6.32 square kilometers and a river length of about 8.76 km. Li River adopts revolutionary hero Peng Xuefeng as the theme figure, red culture as the theme culture and “Heritage River” as the theme orientation. It integrates red culture and theme plants, combines the red revolution spirit handed down from generation to generation with waterfront landscapes to form the Liucuidiedan, Zebeichanghuai, Bailihualang and Jinqiuhongan area and sets up a plurality of landscape nodes to build a heritage river with rich red cultures and beautiful ecological environment.
