Starting from the problems encountered in the actual construction of Shunchang New Town, the program plan systematically interprets and studies the current control detailed planning of Shunchang New Town, classifies the typical problems in the planning based on the research achievements in the construction of mountainous cities gained by the teams. Moreover, it has comprehensively optimized and improved the original plan from the prospective of road traffic and site vertical design and carried out special research on mountain protection and development.
