Pengzhuang Tuner Tribe is located in the southeast of Langfang City and on the main development axis of Beijing and Tianjin. Besides, it is between Beijing and Tianjin and thus has the great opportunity to converge advanced factors at home and abroad in an all-round manner. The planning area is 5 sq.km.

The project aims to promote the development of automobile technical R&D, high-end parts and face-lifting industry by relying on the automobile industry of Beijing and Tianjin and taking the automobile culture and derivative industry as the core. It will further accelerate the development of the consumer service industries including automobile theme parks, financial services and camp grounds on the basis of high-end owners and customer bases. It will base itself on current automobile sales and services in Pengzhuang and rely on the traffic advantages of 104 national highway (Beijing-Fuzhou) to introduce post-service quality resources of the high-end face-lifting, automobile finance and other automobile industries, so as to promote the industry transformation and upgrading in the region and build the post-market service demonstration zone of the automobile industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. Moreover, the plan takes the Tuner Tribe culture as the core and tries to increase the town’s vitality through various vehicle theme competitions and activities. It also aims to enhance popularity and image presentation, shape the spiritual core of the Tuner Tribe culture and build the famous Tuner Tribe brand in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
