Shenyang Auto City is located in the north of Shenyang city and covers a total area of about 70 square kilometers, running as far as to the Hada high-speed rail (from Harbin to Dalian city) in the west, to Puping Road in the north, to East Station Street in the south and near the third ring road in the east. The planning for the auto city which is people-oriented, guided under the principle of promoting the city with industry, setting up the city with culture and creating the city with ecology, aims to forge the city into a green and wisdom auto city which is led by auto industry with auto culture as its theme, with ecological and livable character and which also can unify industry, culture, commerce, living and ecology as one. The auto city planning consists of three big sections and four big systems. The three major sections include 27 square kilometers auto industry, 26 square kilometers industrial supporting section and 17 square kilometers auto park section. The four big systems cover green transportation system, ecological green land system, cultural landscape system and infrastructure system.
