Located in the west of Yongqing County, the west park tourist resort borders on Gu’an County in the west and is adjacent to the downtown of Yongqing County in the east. The planning area reaches the Donggao Line in the north and the north part of Longhuzhuang Township in the south and covers a total land area of about 60 km2. The planning mainly includes seven major orientations: the new garden at the south gate of Beijing, the common city parlor for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the night scene park for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the destination for agricultural and village tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the leisure and wellness cluster area for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the demonstration zone for leisure agriculture in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and the leading area for motor culture in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. This planning aims to achieve the goals of three firsts in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region: the first demonstration zone for leisure agriculture, the first demonstration zone for organic agriculture and the first demonstration zone for recycling agriculture. Meanwhile, based on the current situation of agricultural production in Yongqing County and combining with the current village pattern, the planning also additionally provides the landscape green island, where peach and other plants of strong visual beauty will be planted, so as to build a comprehensive agricultural ecological garden that integrates leisure resort, agricultural tourism, demonstration for ecological agriculture, production of ecological products and development of agriculture real estate and is of high economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit.
