The project is located in Kinshasa, the new administrative capital of DR Congo. The design aims at improving and enhancing the living conditions of the local civil servants, which has been divided into four types, namely apartment, townhouse, villa and detached house. Local aesthetic habits and climatic conditions are respected as can be seen from the shape and color of the building. With simple design techniques and various forms, the design also takes full consideration of the limitations due to poor local construction technology and insufficient construction materials.
